SHIPPING:

Most orders placed Monday-Friday are processed and shipped within 24 business hours via USPS.

RETURN POLICY:

We hope that you love everything that you order from Healthy Skin Halo. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us and let us know what you think and we will do everything we can to assist you. There are no refunds on opened products, but you can return any unopened product within 30 days for an online credit on a future purchase.

Shipping is not included when you return an item. Please email healthyskinhalo@gmail.com for the return authorization information.

  • We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal, The total dollar

    amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If your credit card is

    declined for any reason, your order will be automatically canceled.

  • Every page that requires credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

    encryption, so information on our end is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

    This special digital certificate encrypts credit card numbers and confirms that we are a

    secure & authorized site.

  • Even if your credit card was declined you may still see a temporary hold on your account. The charge will go away shortly, depending on your bank's policies. Your order will need to be placed again with another form of payment, or by correcting any possible errors in billing address and zip code, or funds availability.

  • As soon as you receive your orders, please check and ensure all is in order. If you see a mistake, please contact us by email healthyskinhalo@gmail.com. Do not throw away your box, packaging, or product. Pictures are often required for resolution.

  • You can cancel your order for a refund to your card or store credit, if you do so within an hour of placing your order, we have very fast processing, so if you get to us too late you will have to go through our returns process.

  • We cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. The best policy is to double-check all orders before checking out. We also cannot combine separate orders into one shipment due to our fast ship times.

  • Yes. Our Estheticians can help you place an order over the phone Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm PST. Our Estheticians can walk you through the online ordering process if you would like.

  • Please check-in with your neighbors, around your front door, behind a bush, or hiding behind objects or plants. Next, contact your post office. Sometimes, your package will be sitting on a shelf waiting for you and the postal worker forgot to leave a note.

  • Yes, we send out a sample with every order.

  • No, we only send out samples without an order.

  • Most free consults are done via e-mail, but we are happy to also schedule calls 8:30am – 2:30pm PST.
